The Jennys at MeanRed put together a consistently slamming show and I would be remiss if I didn't mention Cheryl, but nothing tops Congresswoman Nydia Velazquez's annual Christmas Party at Warsaw. If you attended last year, you would have seen the head of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus doing the moonwalk late into the night with her constituents.
