Anyone know what's going on here?

So I check my sitemeter this weekend and found that 1,200 people saw the blog on Friday (previous high was about 400 visits on Primary Day). To put this in perspective, Evan Thies got slightly above 1,200 votes two weeks ago.

I only posted about Steve Witt's Chicago adventures and musings on the Russian mob and Develop Don't Destroy Brooklyn, hardly controversial topics. Does anyone out there know who linked to this blog and who all of you guys are?

It's all the people that are thrilled that Yassky, and Thies, LOST!

Does sitemeter show you referring sites and search strings? Google Analytics and Mint both do. They also show country of origin - I'm betting there are a lot of .ru domains in that number.

Anonymous @ 8:43- I did not realize so many Levin fans were anti-Yassky. I mean, if Thies lost you MUST be pleased with the result.
