She's back! Well, Maritza never really left. It's been a quiet two weeks, but she's almost ready to re-launch her City Council campaign for the general election under the Working Families Party line. She was spotted at the Make the Road New York march over the Brooklyn bridge this morning, looking very much like a candidate. She's got until tomorrow to fax her certified statement form over to the Campaign Finance Board in order to be considered for a public matching funds payments.
